I may be a good fit for you if:
You’re navigating trauma, PTSD, or complex trauma
You’re experiencing grief or loss (including non-traditional grief)
You feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
You’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, not just “manage symptoms”
You value a thoughtful, steady, and collaborative approach to therapy
You’re open to looking at both past experiences and present patterns
-
I may not be the best fit if:
You are looking for immediate crisis support or 24/7 availability
You prefer a highly directive, solution-only approach without deeper exploration
You are seeking services outside the scope of my practice
If I’m not the right fit, I’m always happy to help guide you toward other appropriate resources.
-
That’s completely normal.
Many people start therapy feeling unsure, hesitant, or even a little overwhelmed by the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
A consultation can be a simple first step—just a conversation to explore what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit for you.
-
If you’re ready to take the next step—or even just explore whether therapy might be helpful—you’re welcome to reach out.
You can schedule a consultation or contact me directly to get started.
