Many people start therapy feeling unsure, hesitant, or even a little overwhelmed by the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

A consultation can be a simple first step—just a conversation to explore what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit for you.

  • If you’re ready to take the next step—or even just explore whether therapy might be helpful—you’re welcome to reach out.

You can schedule a consultation or contact me directly to get started.
